What are your shipping & processing rates?

We ship Standard or Express Delivery. Standard orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your order. Should you require immediate delivery for a birthday, holiday or special occasion we will be happy to rush your order via Express or Overnight service for an additional fee. Orders will generally be shipped out the next business day. In stock items only. Reference shipping & processing rates below:

Contiguous United States (48 states)
Normal turn-around for standard shipping of in-stock items is 5-10 business days. Overnight and Express orders are shipped out the same business day if received and released prior to 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. MON – FRI only – in stock items only. New York state sales tax will be charged to New York state destinations.

Alaska and Hawaii
Standard orders of in-stock items are usually shipped within 2 business days of the receipt of your order. Overnight and Express orders are shipped out the same business day if received and released prior to 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. MON - FRI only - in stock items only.

Canada
All orders are subject to duties and Canadian taxes, which are charged to you at the time you receive your order. Contact your local customs office for more information. Standard orders of in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days of the receipt of your order to arrive within 5-10 business days. Express orders are shipped out the same business day if received and released prior to 10 a.m. EST. MON - FRI only - in stock items only. Please allow 2 business days for delivery.

International
Contact us for international shipping & processing charges. Costs to ship to international destinations are computed on a case-by-case basis. All orders are also subject to additional duties and taxes charged by your country. Contact your local customs department for more information.

Shipping and processsing charges include: freight charges, fuel surcharges, packaging, and warehouse handling fees and are subject to change without notice. Due to the ever rising logistics costs we will do our very best to provide economical delivery of your order with the current shipping and handling fees. Please know we will maintain this practice for as long as possible.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday. Shipping transit times do not include weekends. Should you require Saturday delivery, special arrangements must be made by calling 1-800-223-4448, Monday - Friday, prior to 1pm EST, Friday.
