What do SOLD OUT, BACK ORDER, and SPECIAL ORDER mean?

Our website is tied directly to our inventory database, and reflects the exact levels of inventory that we have.

If the website says that the item is SOLD OUT, it means that the item is out of stock, and cannot be re-ordered for the remainder of the season.

If the website says that the item is on BACK ORDER, it means that the item is back ordered, and we are awaiting arrival of additional stock.

You can place a back ordered item in your shopping basket.

SPECIAL ORDER means that we offer the item, but we do not carry it in stock. The item must be ordered from the manufacturer. Please call our customer service center to get a delivery date.
